What is The KWAY? Simply put, it is “The KWA way” – A Manifestation of the thoughts and behaviors we maintain that makes our organization unique. It is what is considered exceptional about our employees, our expectations of one another and our culture.

The KWAY is intertwined into all aspects of our business and personal lives; from the way our employees interact and respect one other, to how our company puts its employees first. We enjoy creating fun activities and even incentives to help communicate the traits we value and put them into action. No matter which way you SLICE it, The KWAY is a state of mind.
COMPANY EVENTS
At KWA, we also have a group of our team who meets regularly to plan ways to celebrate our successes. From annual companywide celebrations, such as tailgating and attending Texas Rangers games, and our KWA holiday events, to less formal events such as axe throwing, office putt-putt, or cookouts in the parking lot – we are always on the lookout for a reason to celebrate and build community.
PHILANTHROPY
With service being one of our core values, we do our best to champion serving in every way we can. KWA provides employees with 16 hours of Volunteer PTO each year to serve whichever organization they would like. In addition to the Volunteer PTO time, KWA’s team programs at least 4 service opportunities that employees can participate in each year. From matching donations during North Texas Giving Day to writing holiday cards to troops overseas to spending time serving at a shelter, KWA does it’s best to encourage and support employees to give back to the community.
