Brian Webster
President
Brian Webster joined KWA Construction in 2006, after relocating back to Texas from California. Having started in the construction industry at an early age, Brian has served in a variety of roles within both pre-construction and operations. These positions have allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and development process.
Brian works closely with KWA’s clients to help facilitate the pre-construction and closing process, and works with KWA staff to ensure the company’s promise of delivering the highest value at the right cost to each of its clients.
As a leader of the executive team, Brian works closely with the managers of each department to develop strategic initiatives and confirm that improvement programs are being implemented effectively.
He is active in the Dallas Builder Association, having served as a board member since 2008. Brian is also a member of the Association’s Multifamily Builders Council. He has served on the board since 2008 and as chairman from 2015-2017 and again in 2020.
Prior to KWA, Brian worked in sales in Oklahoma City, OK and Los Angeles, CA. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
In his free time, Brian enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Biography
Holly Webster provides overall direction and oversight for a number of KWA programs including risk management, safety, marketing, human resources, IT, and overall project compliance.
As a member of the executive management team, Holly is also responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of a number of strategic initiatives. She works closely with KWA employees to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.
Prior to KWA, Holly held several positions with Shell Lubricants including packaging supervisor and production planner in Los Angeles, California. She also served as a supply chain analyst for Shell in Houston, Texas during which time she worked with approximately six manufacturing facilities to maximize inventory and production efficiencies.
Holly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information and Operations Management degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
In her free time, Holly raises two young boys, and serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer with Dallas CASA.

Suki Kirkland, CPA, joined KWA Construction in 2023 after spending over twenty-five years in accounting management, fifteen of which directly in construction services. Her extensive experience along with her advanced degrees make her an integral asset to the KWA team.
As controller, Suki guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures in addition to protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. Suki also monitors and confirms the financial condition of KWA’s projects by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors. In addition, Suki also works directly with KWA’s project teams, managing all aspects of job cost accounting and also leads and administers financial training for project managers and support staff.
Prior to KWA, Suki worked as the Controller for CIS Group, Inc. She also spent eight years as an Accounting Manager at Construction Management Technology, Inc., and five years as Accounting Manager at American Construction Benefits Group. Suki earned her Masters’ Degrees of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and her Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting at Anhui University of Technology, Anhui, China.
In her free time, Suki enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her family.

Corey Pruitt is the Director of Operations for KWA Construction. As Director of Operations, Corey is involved in all operational activities of KWA Construction, including overseeing our Project Managers, conducting monthly project team meetings, and working with the project teams to manage safety, quality, schedule and costs.
Corey joined KWA in 2013 as a Project Manager and managed some of KWA’s largest and most complex projects. Prior to his role as Director of Operations, Corey was a Sr. Project Manager where he provided overall management direction for KWA’s projects and served as a liaison with clients, architects and engineers to facilitate all construction activities. Corey was also responsible for managing financial aspects of the project, directing on-site superintendents and coordinating project schedules.
Before joining the KWA team, Corey coordinated and oversaw sales, estimating and project management activities on various multi-family housing and light commercial properties. Corey also served as an engineering consultant for MEP designs used in multi-family, light commercial and residential properties.
Corey earned a Bachelor of Administration in Psychology Degree, Summa Cum Laude with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas. In his free time, Corey enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

With more than 40 years of experience, Keller Webster is a prominent business leader within the multi-family construction industry, leading many project teams to successfully completing hundreds of jobs throughout the United States. With an expansive construction portfolio that includes commercial and residential buildings, Keller’s focused expertise is in multi-family housing, which has resulted in some 200 multi-family housing complexes – approximately 25,000 living spaces – built throughout his career.
Keller founded KWA Construction in 2004, with the mission of building first-class, multi-family housing developments while delivering the highest value at the right cost. Keller’s business practices include cultivating close client relationships to ensure visions become realities, as well as serving as an active community steward.
Prior to founding KWA Construction, Keller served as vice president of the multi-family construction division of Spring Valley Construction Company in Dallas, Texas. There, he established and grew the division into a profitable entity that managed multi-million dollar construction projects, all of which were completed on time and with gross profits exceeding original estimates.
Throughout his career, Keller held other key executive positions with highly respected construction companies, including Madison Builders, L.P., in Plano, Texas, First Worthing Company in Dallas, Texas, Lokey Construction Company in Houston, Texas, Texas Arcon Corporation in Temple, Texas and First Southwest Construction Corporation in Temple, Texas. He spent his earlier career as project manager and business developer for Austin Commercial, Inc., in Dallas, Texas, Campbell Building Corporation in Dallas, Texas. and Henry C. Beck Company in Dallas, Texas.
Keller’s leadership within the construction industry has resulted in many honors, including appointment of life director of both the Dallas Builders Association and the Texas Association of Builders, and winner of the 2004 TAB “Multi-Family Builder of the Year” award. Keller currently serves as immediate past president of the Home Builders Association of Dallas, as well as continues to serve on the board of directors for the Dallas Builders Association and Texas Association of Builders. He has also served as president three separate years for the Dallas Multi-Family Builders Council.
A former U.S. Army First Lieutenant that served in active duty, Keller received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from Georgia State University. Keller is married, a proud father of two sons and proud grandfather of four.
