This week, KWA Construction begins work on the Heritage Village Residences for senior-living in Hurst, Texas. Renaissance Development Co., in partnership with Seneca Development, broke ground recently on what will become an 121-unit senior living complex of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and five duplex buildings, within the new Heritage Village senior-living community of Hurst. KWA Construction is slated to complete the build in October 2013.

Located within a half-mile of North East Mall (the second largest traditional shopping mall in Texas), the Heritage Village Residences will include amenities such as a 24-hour coffee bar, indoor pool, fitness center, theater, library, game room, computer center, beauty salon, pharmacy, fire pit and grilling stations. Each one- and two-bedroom unit will feature granite countertops, Energy Star appliances and spacious living quarters with large walk-in closets.
The City of Hurst refers to Heritage Village as the perfect location for active seniors. Within the village, residents will find a 30,000-square-foot Senior Center, park, jogging trail, retail stores and restaurants.
