The Dallas Business Journal featured the Post Oak Apartments in McKinney as a new affordable housing option. Post Oak Apartments are being built with tax credit equity from the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, which means 130 homes will be for residents earning 60 percent or less of the Area Median Income.
