KWA Construction has broken ground on Caroline Eastside Apartments, a 384-unit Class-A apartment community being developed by Hunt Companies, Inc. The project, which is the final part of the city’s 20-year Eastside development plan to meet the growing demand for high-end multifamily living, is expected to be complete in Spring 2025.
