Texas apartment builder ranks thirteenth in the United States, based on 2014 unit starts.
KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments, has been ranked 13th in National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Top 25 General Contractors list, as published by Multifamily Executive magazine. This is the fourth consecutive year that KWA Construction has made the list, which highlights the largest multifamily builders in the nation, based on the number of units started the previous year.
“We are humbled to receive this news and recognition from NMHC,” said KWA Construction Owner and President Keller Webster. “For us, this acknowledgment represents our dedication to the industry and provides inspiration for future projects.”
NMHC is an organization of apartment industry leaders that serves as a forum for insight, advocacy and action that enable both members and the communities they build to thrive.
KWA Construction works with well-established developers and architects to build award-winning projects throughout Texas. Current and recent projects include 33 Degrees North, a luxurious five-story student housing complex moments from the University of North Texas in Denton; The Belleview, a mixed-use development built to offer affordable housing to the downtown Dallas and South Side communities; Highpoint on South Main in Fort Worth, a project that will revitalize the historic Coca-Cola Building into a 227-unit apartment complex; and Hebron 121 Station, a popular apartment community in Lewisville.
