Major Dallas developer selects KWA Construction to expand popular Lewisville community

Addison, Texas, February 23, 2015 – Developer Huffines Communities has selected KWA Construction to build Hebron 121 Station’s third phase. KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments, will begin construction in the coming months. Construction is expected to be complete by Summer 2016.

“We’re looking forward to expanding Hebron 121 Station by continuing the high-quality build and construction value of the project and to working on our first project with Huffines Communities,” said Brian Webster, Vice President at KWA Construction.

The third phase addition includes three four-story buildings with 242 grand one- and two-bedroom units with recycled glass countertops, oversized balconies, patio doors and new whirlpool appliances.

Located at 880 Union Station Parkway, just across Interstate 35E from Vista Ridge Mall and north of Sam Rayburn Tollway, Hebron 121 features resort-style amenities, extensive landscaping and pet-friendly features, including a dog park exclusively for residents.
