1400 Belleview brings South Side into Dallas and makes efforts to decrease asset poverty.
KWA Construction, a leading general contractor in multifamily developments, recently completed 1400 Belleview, a 164-unit mixed-use development with an additional 7,500 square feet of retail and commercial space. The general contractors teamed up with developer Matthews Southwest to build a desirable, affordable living option for Dallas’ South Side neighborhood. 1400 Belleview is a part of the latest efforts to extend the South Side neighborhood into downtown Dallas as well as help decrease the number of families living in asset poverty in Dallas. The project will not only aid downtown Dallas workers in integrate into the community they work in, but will also assist with one of the major problems of asset poverty – affordable housing.
Located at 1414 Belleview, between Gould and Browder Streets, the complex features a fitness and business center, covered gazebo seating area, as well as a furnished community room with a kitchen and entertainment center. The development provides quality living at a low cost and is conveniently located near the Cedars DART station for working families.
